Anna Lerchbaumer

Anna Lerchbaumer was born in Innsbruck and lives and works in Vienna. She studied Art & Science at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and Video Art at the Academy of Fine Arts. In her artistic work, she reflects on the relationships between environmental issues, people, and technology. She works with turned wooden sculptures, found objects, and sound. The artistic, philosophical long-term project together with Kilian Jörg, Toxic Temple, was published as a book by Edition Angewandte / de Gruyter in 2022 and speculatively deals with waste and pollution. Her works have been shown at Krinzinger Projekte, Zentrale, and Vienna Art Week.
